Phoenix Firefighters Search for Missing Worker after Building Collapse

The warehouse roof collapsed during a microburst leaving the structure unstable, Phoenix Capt. Todd Keller said.
A search and rescue operation has turned into a recovery mission as Phoenix firefighters try to find a missing employee after a warehouse’s roof collapsed during a microburst Wednesday night.
 
It's unclear if the worker was in the building when the collapse occured. But, his truck is in the parking lot,
 
Phoenix Fire Capt. Todd Keller told KPHO the remaining portions of the building were at risk of collapse, making it difficult for rescue crews to enter.
 
They used dogs and drones to help find the missing worker, but he said the recovery will need more manpower with the help of OSHA and cranes.
